In the field of water treatment, especially in the electrolysis process of water, various strong oxidants such as O3, H2O2, HCLO are present in the water during the generation of acid and alkali ion water, and the anode often changes direction, so special functional electrodes must be used. After years of research, our company has developed a long-life electrode suitable for the field of water treatment - titanium metal coated electrode. This electrode is coated with platinum group precious metal oxides with high electrocatalytic performance, strong oxidation resistance, and good conductivity on a pure titanium substrate, and is an insoluble anode. The characteristics of this anode are:

(1) Titanium has the characteristics of light density, good strength, corrosion resistance, and good performance, especially its resistance to wet chlorine, which is incomparable to other metal materials. For example, when there is a trace amount of chloride ions in water electrolysis, stainless steel plates will quickly undergo pitting corrosion, shortening the electrode life, while titanium does not have these problems.

(2) Due to the addition of various platinum group precious metals in the coating, it has high current efficiency, good conductivity, good electrocatalytic performance, strong oxidation resistance, long working life, and energy conservation.

(3) Our company's self-developed electrolytic cell for water electrolysis machines has been widely used in household electrolytic water machines and disinfection water machines, and has been promoted and used in large water plants. It is equipped with ruthenium iridium coated titanium electrodes and platinum plated titanium electrodes, as well as imported ion membranes, which have stable electrolysis effects, low energy efficiency, and long service life
